The latest issue of MCV UK, for example, listed Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, a game we haven't heard much about since it debuted at E3 last year, as a November release. Konami hasn't made anything official yet, so I asked the company about the date.

Time to clip a coin on Konami's answer, folks!

"Konami hasn’t officially announced a ship date for that title yet," said a spokesperson to me.

Swing...and a miss. Naturally, such an answer comes as Konami begins sending out invitations to its pre-E3 press conference, taking place June 2, several days prior to E3. In all likelihood, Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D will make an appearance there, right alongside a date. November? We'll see.

Oh man, I'm really regretting not picking up a 3DS yet. You know, with all these games coming out so soon to launch.

This would be awesome if it came out in November but I highly doubt it.

Looks better than the PS2 version for the most part. Then again it's Kojima Prod. doing the game.

I never played Snake Eater on the PS2, but always wanted to. This might actually give me a reason to be interested in the 3DS.

Snake Eater in 3D sounds great. I haven't played the original yet, but I will definitely play the original before the 3D version.

MGS3 is one of the best narrative-driven games I've ever played. I literally got a 3DS to play this again. I know, I'm friggin' stupid.

I don't know whether or not I'll get this one. I love Metal Gear, but I feel like I've already played it.
