    Michelle Dessler is a steadfast leader who can hold her own against any male counterpart. She is one of Jack Bauer's few trusted, female friends and she trust wholeheartedly in his judgment. Upon meeting fellow agent Tony Almeida at CTU, as a computer Internet Protocol Manager, she eventually marries him. After a severe rough patch they divorce only to eventually reconcile. Unfortunately shortly after the reconciliation Michelle is killed by a terrorist bomb meant to flush out a presumed dead Jack Bauer.
