So with the clock winding down, and everyone getting anxious, what are you doing to pass the time before you leave the house to go stand in line for hours. I'm watching all the official MW2 videos again and playing my goodbye matches in COD4. I leave the house at 7 to stand in line for 5 hours. WOOT!

I was planning on showing up at my local best buy at about 11:00 :D

Im just renting it tomorrow. I could care a less about ever getting games on midnight release, even when Im greatly anticipating them.

Well I have Wednesday off school so I'm just going to pick it up on Tuesday after school.  And probably play it nonstop for a very long time.

Yeah, I'm just going to head out to the least trafficked Gamestop around here at 11.  Hopefully it won't be too much of a mad house.
 
I made the mistake of going to the really busy mall around here for the Halo 3 launch.  Now that was a line!

Oh wow, this game's coming out tomorrow? That snuck up on me. Hmm, I wonder if I should buy it or wait until the much superior Battlefield: BC2 hits shelves next year. Oh sick burn.

I'm getting it this weekend or sometime next week. 

The delivery dudes around here usually don't get out my way til around 5p.m. so I will likely be doing as much of my school work as possible between now and then so I will have that much less to worry about this week and more time to play the game.  That said, a really bad storm is supposed to be out this way tomorrow around that same time so who knows if I will even get the game tomorrow lol.

Amazon is supposed to be shipping it so it arrives tomorrow, with that fancy schmancy release date shipping.  I hope that works out.  I plan on gettin' my kill on, just as soon as my classwork is done.  College comes first, children.

There is a SLIGHT chance of me ditching my plans to get it next month and maybe get it at Toys R US tomorrow. Why? They give me a 20 dollar giftcard along with the purchase which will be used for my DJ Hero :D

The GayNTrade I work at...errr PlayNTrade, is hosting a midnight launch event and I'm pretty thankful that I'm not working the shift until 1 AM tonight dealing with all the snots who didn't preorder it and now can't get a copy on release day because 95% of our entire 200 copy allocation has been preordered.  Either way I'm going to drift off into a soft slumber tonight dreaming of messing up foo's with a SCAR...and then pick my pre-ordered copy up in the morning. I might try a midnight launch one of these days though, maybe for Modern Warfare 3? Who knows. "

The reason I'm not playing it now is because I have to wait for Charlie fucking Boorman to finish babbling before I get the TV.
 
The midnight queue was a great laugh. Lots of talk of shooting dudes in the face. Much pointing and laughing at the DS version. I proposed a gun for the full game that fires DS copies at unfortunate opponents.

There is no midnight releases in the stores around me, ill go tomorrow morning at 8 pick it up.
