I'm buyin', I admit. He's a novel inclusion, fits the setting, and after so many people were absolutely sure that Fujin would be the fourth character, a hilariously unintentional troll by Netherrealm.

That made me want him more. I didn't really care before.  
I'm more excited to see what comes next from NRS, but I will probably buy this tomorrow.

Yeah, it's the new one. Apparently, Netherrealm wasn't sure that they'd be able to get the rights to the Robert Englund Freddy for some reason.

Wait this actually kind of amazing. Khan pulls Freddy back into the real world, and Khan knew of Freddy. That means Freddy has always been there, not transported from another reality like Kratos. If Freddy actually existed in Earthrealm does that mean other movie thing are out and about too.

I still have a lot of issues with these joke characters. But whatever. It's free for me. I guess I'll suck it up and see how he is.

I like that Shao Kahn cheeses even Freddy Krueger.

Already got the 400 points sitting in my account. I may hate his fatalities, hate the double-gloves, and hate that they used Cat Freddy, but dammit, it's my favorite horror villain of all time. Of course I'ma buy him. 

Though I don't like him as a character, I have to admit he's a good fit for this game.

Buying him day one duders.
