Looks like the 3DS will be coming in three colors at launch; Blue, Red, and Black. Which color will you be getting? Personally, I'm leaning toward black. That blue one is just ugly.

Black looks best to me. It's all one colour. I don't like the red & blue ones being mixed with black.

If I got one, it'd be red since I already have the light blue DSi.

Black. The others look too toy-like.

Every other DS I've gotten is Red so I'll probably get the Red one.

The Black looks the best I feel. Also Metal Gear Solid Snake Eater looks great!

I really like the look of the purple one, but in the end I'll probably go black.

I hate to be boring, but probably black. Although that is a nice purple. I'm not even sure if I would get one though, at least not just yet =/

I wouldn't complain about anything, but I don't think I'll be picking up the red one. blue and black are fine though.

Black or blue.  If there's not one of those on the shelf, I'll pick the other without hesitation or problem.  If none of those are on the shelf, I'll freak out and buy one of the remaining red ones.  I'd be mad about it, though.

Black as it isn't as distracting. It lets me focus on the actual game more.

I like blue and red. I don't see why people don't like the blue, I think it's neat. I'm tired of black and white portables. If you're going to buy such a quirky product, go colorful

Either blue or black. I want to get the red one, but it's too bright. Would be distracting while trying to focus on the 3d.

why isnt there a time frame for this thing?
 
i really want to buy one, but you would think if they were going to release it in 2010 they would have said something.
 
but they already have an impressive software lineup... i dont see why it should come out any later than spring 2011

If the orange one is actually coming out I might have to get that. Otherwise I'm undecided. I'm actually okay with the blue one unlike the most of the posters in this thread.

I agree that the purple and red are pretty good looking. I'm reluctant to stray away from black though. I bought a white PSP and I find that brighter colored handhelds are often more distracting from the on-screen action.

Black, if I even get one (which I might, which is saying something, considering my last handheld was a Gameboy Advance, the original one). But the blue one is really ugly, why did they launch with that?

I'll have to see. A black one juxtaposed with a bright 3d screen might fuck my eyes up more than, say, silver, white, light blue, etc.

Probably the blue one. I like that it looks different.
