The game that got you into PC gaming.
I remember I'd go nuts when my dad would bring his notebook home from work, back in the windows 3 days (I was 10ish). I'd sit there for a while trying to remember how to use PKzip to get the split install files off the floppies - I procured from somewhere. And when I finally got everything working... much, much Sid Meier's Civilization ensued :D
Half-life 1, Diablo 2, Age of empires 2, Duke Nukem 3d. All around the same time many many years ago!

"Commander Keen. You cant possibly say that I'm not hardcore on that one. :POh man, I certainly know of it. One of my first games. It's so good. The whole series is. You can actually get the whole collection on Steam now. I'd highly recommend it. That game and COSMO and Crystal Caves, Hocus Pocus, and all those Apogee games were just fantastic.Doubt hardly anyone knows of that game either. XD"
I think that my very first game was Warcraft, and it came on an old PC Gamer CD that my grandfather gave me. In those days the CDs had live action videos on them of some weird underground place. I also had to walk 3 miles to school uphill both ways. Ahh...they don't make them like they used to.
I actually can't remember... I tend to fade in and out with using my PC. There's usually something to bring me back to it though.
i think it was either half life or C&C2:RA. i'd played diablo before id played either of them on the PS1 but didnt get it for Pc til i got D2
Well i startet my gaming basically in the C64 days and on different school computers. But the first PC game that got my attention was Dungeon Keeper. And when i got my own PC it was Battlefield 1942. What games they were!
