Well maybe not, but a day will come when we're able to transmit POWER!, says an old issue of New Scientist Magazine. Until that day comes, this screen has little practical use other than making the Slim cooler. I'm a big fan of the PC Engine, so I kinda like attachable's with little use.

The Hori made officially licensed HD LCD Monitor 3, is an 11.6 inch LCD display kit that snaps onto the top of your PS3. The monitor plugs directly into the PS3 via an AV Multi Terminal socket. The screen folds down flush when not in use.

Hori put out something very similar for the 360 a few years ago. I think it was the same size screen too.

That screen has the same resolution as my 32" TV. Man, if only I had waited one more year and picked up a 1080p set as the prices plummeted.

Also, they've had these portable screens for practically every console in the past decade. All of them seem so useless to me. If I was looking at gaming on the go with a modern console, I'd get one of Ben Heck's laptop mods, or do it myself.

it looks pretty cool, but im not into that small tv travel type person. All my friends have a ps3 so there's really no need for me to bring a travel tv, the only thing i would bring to a friends house is a game.
