I let myself get really excited for this game, and that rarely happens. I really hope it isn't cancelled.

This would be disappointing. The fact that Bethesda isn't commenting can't be a good sign, most publishers are quick to come out and call bullshit on these rumors if they're not real.

God don't let that be true. The game's parkour-esque combat and chases was literally something I wanted to try out.

I highly doubt it's canceled- they've putting Prey 2 inserts into copies of games for awhile now, too many people are looking for it for them to cancel it. It'll come out.

What the fuck, this was one of my most anticipated games.

But wasn't it due for release demi soon? It's been in development for a while... I don't get it. Most likely another studio will buy the rights if this is the case. (Gearbox? lol)

This is too bad...the game looked like it had some interesting mechanics outside of the usual FPS realm. Maybe another dev will pick it up..

Fuck Zenimax and and fucking game they do from now on. They will publish utter shits like WET, Brink and Rouge Warrior but a game like Pray 2 which shows REAL potential they will cancel. I just hope this game will get picked up by a different publisher.

Yeah but the first Prey, in classic 3D Realms fashion, took like almost a decade to come out, so maybe this one will just be canned completely.

Bethesda had done almost ZERO marketing. Most people don't even know what kind of game it is. The fact that it got 500k views is a good thing.

Anyway Bethesda, you better take a good long look at your publishing part. Except Skyrim and Rage, you have published shit shows such as ... well let's see: Hunted: Demon's Forge. Rogue Warrior, Wet and Brink (Though I kind of liked Brink) and you cancel this game. Bravo.

Are you serious?! I was pretty pumped for this game. There was alot of positive buzz around it, makes no sense why they would just trash it.

Considering their "No comment", I think it is either cancelled or being transferred to a different studio. Considering shuffling around in the company recently, I'm hopeful that its development is just being taken over by someone else.

Yeah, I won't react before an official statement, but it's extremely disappointing if this turns out to be true as this was one of my most anticipated titles of the year.

This is bullshit, whilst everyone was screwing around with a stupid Mass Effect 3 petition, there should've been a petition to save this game!

The dates are a little off between them but still. This game looked legitimately awesome, the concept is fucking amazing. How could it not come together? Bummer. Hopefully someone with fucking common sense will pick it up and put it out, like someone said, Duke Nukem Forever came out right?
