@garr123 (and anyone else who might have the issue) Uploaded an extension as a workaround, had very little time to test it. Please report if it does or not work for you.
Loving all the Injustice 2 shout-outs in these lists. Seems like the site quickly forgot about the game when Tekken came out not long after, but I thought it was fantastic. As someone who's not really a fighting game kind of guy, I never feel like I'll hold my own fighting online against so many more experienced players with more time to put in to the game, but Injustice was so generous with the single player stuff, it really was great.
And to the one other person listing Death of the Outsider: YES, friend. Yes. I've got an almost irrational level of love for every one of the Dishonored games. Wish more people shared it.
@ohagan: Aye, hopefully they'll get it sorted out for then. Looks like the majority of the games are available to buy, but it makes me wary to part with cash whilst they're sending such mixed messages between the shopfronts.
@shalashaskauk666: Aye I've definitely had issues with this stuff too. Games which don't appear in the console store are Dead to Rights, Bloodrayne 2 and King of Fighters Neowave.
Not only that, but I'm still unable to buy some games that do show up in the store: when I attempt to buy Psychonauts I click See Price and I'm told "Sorry. This offer is not valid in your region."
On the store page for Prince of Persia: SoT it says "Buy on Xbox.com or Xbox 360. You can't buy this on Xbox One."
The UK xbox.com store website doesn't list Prince of Persia, Star Wars: KOTOR, or Red Faction II. (!?)
It's totally all over the place, different issues and outcomes for different games, and like you say, can't seem to find any official info about any of this from Microsoft. Pretty shitty state of affairs.
@mlarrabee: Hey, thank you so much man, I've just signed up to Giant Bomb as a user (finally), what a great welcome! Loved LBA2 when it came out, will look forward to diving back in.
