I'm having weird achievement issues as well. The site still hasn't shown that I played Assassin's Creed (over two months ago, I believe) and it's only showing that I've unlocked one of the three new Magic:TG achievements. I'm pretty sure it's not a privacy setting issue because my Borderlands achievements have been going through.
