I spent 60 hours in Ni No Kuni and want to play through it again, that tells me all I need to know. I haven't been into JRPGs in a decade because I grew tired of them after the PS1 era. I haven't started The Last of Us yet and I haven't completed Bioshock Infinite. I already like this year more than all of last year when it comes to games.

I preordered both from Gamestop since they did ok with my Wii U preorder. They'll be coming right to me at home.

I am Platinum for the first time because I never used to redeem any of the stuff I bought. I redeemed games and systems purchased over the years and reached it in no time. I even have some stuff in reserve that might get me most of the way there for next year.

I used to hate the Spurs, but they have grown on me over the years. I wouldn't root for Miami no matter who they played, so hopefully the Spurs put an end to them soon. I like the professionalism and humility that the Spurs show (unlike their opponent).

If it were possible to feel bad for an inanimate object, I would. Poor thing is getting smothered with bad decisions by the company that created it. Microsoft is getting what they deserve with the anger and backlash.

I usually buy used only for older platforms. I only bought 3 or 4 used games this gen when I couldn't find a new copy.

I'll get discs whenever possible, but I have no problem with downloading games.

It absolutely seems worth it to me, especially when MS probably isn't going to give access to free games or remove the pay wall from streaming apps. PS Plus is too good of a value to pass up even if the multiplayer access is tied into it.

A bird got me on the shoulder one time at Universal Studios.

I wouldn't be shocked if this is true. I don't think it will make a big difference because people will know which games are multiplatform and the Xbox One versions that are shown will probably look the same as the PS4 version that are not. I am really more excited to see how the console exclusives stack up against one another.
