@edgework: Maybe it's time I switch to a new browser on my Windows machine.

@jslack: Looks like it works fine with Chrome and IE when logged in or out with HTML5. Weird that it didn't before I posted. Could be user error on my part.

Seems like the video player defaults to HTML5 for me. Before hitting play, if I switch to progressive or streaming, the videos play fine. If I would have read further in the forum, I would have seen that HTML5 is having issues right now for people.

None of the videos on Giant Bomb will play unless I choose to download them. Once I do so, the video plays in my browser (Firefox 34, Win 7, 64-bit). Strangely enough, logging out of my account lets me play any video on the site. Once the ad roll lets me skip, the video plays in the video player. This happens when using Chrome or IE as well.

@patrickklepek Not sure if Internet Explorer on my Xbox One is defaulting to HTML5, but I can stream videos as well as the podcast from Giantbomb.com with no issues. IE also plays MP3's by streaming them if you go to a site that has a link to the file and select it, it starts playing.

I know this is not ideal and a podcast app would be so much better than this, but this is a temp solution for the time being.

There is apparently a couple of people streaming the game right now on Twitch. Not sure how they are able to do that since I thought the embargo for this kind of stuff was for Tuesday.

Is there a way to turn off the scoring notifications? I could see that helping not make me feel like I am "doing it wrong" playing the way I want to.

Was that misspelling intentional or did your finger hit the "L" key by accident?
