I genuinely cannot believe the only way to search concepts/games in Giant Bomb's wiki is to pick a letter and scroll through dozen...

@error52: So you're saying this ebay sale of five games for $16 dollars that I just bought from Singapore is likely bootlegs? (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Hot-Sale-For-Pokemon-5pcs-Game-Card-Emerald-Fire-Red-Leaf-Green-Ruby-Sapphire-Go-/262536007021?hash=item3d205d8d6d:g:4VoAAOSwZVlXj8tG)

Sort of rhetorical cause I realized how sketchy it was but figured it was worth the risk. After all, $20 dollars was about how much I was willing to spend, and the other more legit options were-- at the lowest-- $40 dollars.

Thanks for all the input everyone!

@beyond_recall: The cheapest copy of firered is over $90 dollars: https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B0006GBCZU/ref=dp_olp_all_mbc?ie=UTF8&condition=all

So while I can technically play it on my DS, that's a ludicrous amount of money to pay for one game.

That's partly why I'm inclined to buy 3DS and get the digital version for $10 dollars. At least I'd have a new system. It seems that's the only real option here based on responses.

With the Pokemon Go craze I just want to play some Pokemon-ass Pokemon.

I had a Gameboy Color long ago which has been sold/destroyed. I own a Nintendo DS, but no other Nintendo handheld. I don't own a Gameboy Advance or a 3DS.

I have NO INTEREST in emulators. I want to play this on the go.

What are my cheapest options? Do I have to buy a $170 dollar 3DS and buy Pokemon Red digitally for $10 dollars? Seems kind of moronic that they never released it anywhere else. There's no cheaper option?

1:57:10 on the May 6th episode in 2014. It was the second part of a long email.

This just came up in conversation and I thought it was uploaded to YouTube but I can't find it.

One of the examples was a button that costs less than a quarter of a cent was charged over $100 dollars and due to a WW2 treaty people had to buy them in packs of a hundred. It was a great email and I can't find it.

Whenever I open a page, the page loads, but the play button does not appear. It looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/CPLsFpf.png

This started 2-3 days ago. I've never had issues before.

$24.2 Million based off of previous films released around the same time for a similar demographic, and I'm price-is-righting it compared to other guesses so far.

I would greatly appreciate more feature/editorials from Jeff.
