Does anyone else have the game completely lock up on the results menu after matches sometimes? I have to close the application and restart when this happens. It's really annoying.
@hassun: Is the rainbow tatsu his HK tatsu that travels in a little ark? If so, I've double lariated it out of the air before. I just messed with it in training mode and you can double lariat right after start up when he first goes in the air, but it's a lot easier to standing LP it out of the air.
Anyway, take anything I say with a grain of salt. I'm only a low level Gief that's constantly bouncing between 850 and 1200 points.
@technician: Unfortunately I have no idea if he was on PS4 or not. I haven't been paying attention to whether or not they're on PC, because I had no reason to care.
I wish there was a way I could send messages to people in SFV so I could apologize to this silver Charlie I just played for my internet connection randomly going out during our ranked match. Hopefully with it being the first round, and us pretty even in life he realizes it wasn't a rage quit.
Here's Justin Wong's list that @cesakich meantioned. I'm not sure how detailed of a thing you're looking for, but I'd treat this as a beginners guide to SF5 combos. Its pretty much only got jump in combos.
I have a hard time playing more than one fighting game though. I always think wow how much better could I have gotten in this game I like more while I was playing this game I like less?
I totally understand that feeling. Just looking at March I want to try to actually get good at SFV, but I also want to give MKX a second shot, finally get a chance to play KI when it comes out on PC, and see what Pokken is all about. Then there's also Revelator, Central Fiction, KoFXIV, and maybe Tekken 7 later this year. I'm living that jack of all trades, master of none fighting game lifestyle.
There's some good mortal kombat news from today's kombat kast. The enhanced online beta ends after this weekend, but the new netcode from the beta will be added into the main game on March 1st. So MK:XL / Kombat Pack 2 should launch with actually good online play. To me, this is more exciting news than any of the new characters. I'm looking forward to giving the game a second chance.
