My whole problem with this, looking at the sales figures is, why they didnt realise sooner, how could it get this far and making the same kinda games not really trying anything different, i always assumed their games were selling alot better, otherwise why keep going with the same old, even if i did enjoy the ones i played

Its my favourite adventure series, i would always recommend you play them in order, just so you get a sense of the characters from the beginning, but its not essential if you just want to play 5. BS4 really bad.

On a side note i really wish Vinny would play these

I was 11 when this game came out so ye I like Quina , because I thought it was funny then and the nostalgia sticks, it's like everything in IX for me, favourite Final Fantasy, because it is of the memories I have of it. It's also the first one I played

Thanks for all the recommendations guys, Im not a graphics snob and I'm also not necessarily adverse to a B tier game, but I will make a list of everything in this thread and slowly make my way through it, I just can't really get into a game unless I know it's gonna be a meaty experience

If the games seem too different, basically what I mean is a big world that trys to tell a really good story, with colourful cast of characters and obviously Rpg elements, I have a ps4 and pc
