In one day of play I had 60+ dwellers. Raiders and roaches used to be a nightmare until my 2nd floor was fully armed with hunting rifles and shotguns. Before that I quit for an hour when radroaches killed everyone inside my vault, thankfully I had 4 ppl out exploring with 25 stimpaks each. Left them out there for over 7hrs so when they returned I could afford to rez my highest level workers.Then here comes the deathclaws... beat them off the first time with a few casualties,2x 1st lvls and one 27lvl with my best weapon (16-19dmg). The fight was awful,trying to click and drop defenders rarely worked.Trying to heal most injured was almost impossible because in a full room you'll end up clicking the wrong multiple times. Was frustrating. During the 2nd Deathclaw attack I did nothing and it a was high speed mayhem, killed everyone just the like roaches and raiders before them.It becomes a drag even trying to rez ppl because the higher their level;the more caps it cost you, talking 760caps per person.Now multiple that 760 by 60... f that. Numerous bugs like dwellers complaining about working next to corpse but everyone is alive so happiness remains low and etc. It needs better controls and adjustable script behavior for dwellers.
I survived in the beginning by moving them around during raids/invasion away from the fighting because it only last for so long. Kept all my females pregnant so they automatically ran away so less click & dropping. Deathclaws are just too much for me so I consider it game over. I built a reactor, I won a pointless victory the first time.
