Hi everyone. Soooo...I just bought the Star Trek Online Digital Deluxe from atari.com. It was my understanding that doing so would give me both a beta key and headstart access. I downloaded the client successfully, but I never received any beta key, serial number for head start, or even an emailed receipt.
If anyone knows what's going on, or can help me out with information, possibly correcting my incorrect assumptions, or advising me towards a solution, then you have my thanks in advance. :)
