I tend to forget that Legaia 2 exists. I loved the original one when it was released, which was during a time when I was consuming as many JRPGs as I could get my hands on.
Frequency/Amplitude are some of my favorite games on the PS2. I lean a little more towards Amplitude though.
I never played Rez until it was released on the Xbox 360 as a download. I remember liking it, but I didn't have quite the experience some other have had with it.
I have tried to get into Terraria multiple times now, but for whatever reason I just can't.
Saints Row IV has also been my favorite, despite most others preferring 3. However, Gat out of Hell was not great and felt like a chore towards the end.
I absolutely loved MGS 2 when it was first released, but I do have to admit I have not played it since then.
Tony Hawk 3 however is probably my favorite in the series, with 4 being neck and neck with it. I could be biased since I played it enough to almost snag the world record at the time. It was also the first online experience I had on a console. I still remember buying a USB Ethernet adapter just to play it online before the release of the official network adapter.
Also, I would be all for you throwing in more games each time.
@reverendhunt: I don't ever see these things around, other than the Castlevania and Yu-Gi-Oh! ones when they were new. I do still see some of the licensed Disney DS ones as well.
I am going to have to start trying to find some of these on the internet.
Also, Those Asterix games are pretty good on GBA. Pretty much anything by Velez & Dubail (or VD-Dev) are really impressive from a technology stand point.
These compilation packs intrigue me. Especially the cartridge based ones. I also had no idea just how many of these were released in EU territories only. Brazil also seems to be a place that sees a lot of these.
I loved the original Sonic Adventure when I picked up my Dreamcast, but man is that game super hard to go back to. I would say those were worthy of being let go.
Now Tomb Raider is a game I still love, and just as much the sequel is also great.
I remember playing Time Crisis 2 (with the GunCon) over and over again when I first got it. It was to the point where I could almost beat it without looking at the screen.
