Dan, instead of going to see wrestling, go to a museum, any museum. Jesus Christ.

If Dan and Jeff had their way and Red Dead 2 had Just Cause like player movement and you could transition off the horse like you can transition between vehicles in The Crew, it would be the worst game of all time. It's just baffling to me that they can't understand how the deliberate player movement and animations are deeply connected to how grounded and immersive the game feels, and that it would fall apart if you could bunnyhop around in the world. Completely baffling.

I don't want to get on the shitting on Brad or Dan for being bad at playing video games train, but for the amount of hours they racked up playing Hitman you would think they would learn more of the game mechanics through context clues and experience. Are they playing the game just staring blindly at the middle 2/3 of the screen and just never glancing or looking at the UI at the edges of the screen? Hitman 1 alerted you to your disguise state pretty clearly, on both a running basis and contextually when you go to pick up items and such, I thought.

Boy howdy it is going to be tough to listen to RDR 2 not get the GOTY nod because Jeff doesn't like slow paced realistic games.
