@jeff during the quick look the game hitched a couple times. (34:57). Was that an issue with the game? Or was that a hiccup from the capture process? Just curious.
@rorie I know you mention WoW and Magic often when you are on the bombcast but you should stop apologizing for it. It is clear that you enjoy those games (not WoW recently). So just own it. There is nothing wrong with having a check in to let the audience know about the current state of the games from your perspective. Brad updates us on Destiny, Jason lets us know when something new is going on with Monster hunter. Nothing wrong with you letting us know how the regular games you come back to are doing.
With out Drew around anymore it would be nice to have someone else on staff bone up on Halo. It is a pretty big series and it shows in conversations on the podcasts that most of the crew doesn't remember much about it.
It is one of my favorites so I personally would like to see them play more of it.
@jeff I am with you on wondering what Microsoft is going to do with Gold. I just don't see the value in it anymore. Especially as they continue to deliver on the day and date delivery of first party games on PC. I feel like at some point as they continue to grow the gamepass service they get rid of gold and create some premium tier of gamepass that also keeps the gold services (free monthly games to own).
@jeff I have followed GiantBomb for several years now and have heard you talk about Call of Duty several times. You often reference that you do not like zombies. I just cannot remember why you don't care for the mode. Any chance you could remind me?
Just curious. Normally when it comes to shooters my tastes normally align with yours, so that is where I am coming from.
