This is my opinion of who would win in a fight with Goku and Superman. If I missed a feat of either character, say so and I will add it. I am a huge fan of both and do not feel biased towards either one.
Goku's Power Level: Tricky. His base was 3 million in the Frieza saga, a number still cited as his base even in the Buu saga. But considering he went from around 20 thousand to 3 million in a month or so, tops, his power is almost certainly higher. For ease of calculation, I'll give him a 10 million power level, a very conservative estimate. I am using the Daizenshuu multipliers of 50x base in SS, 100x base in SS2 and 400x base in SS3.
Goku's Strength: There are many ways to determine Goku's strength, but my way is using the Farmer with a Shotgun. The average human can lift 125 pounds over their head (1/16 ton). Assuming the farmer is average (the same assumption that authors of the Daizenshuu have made in the past), than Goku can lift around 125 thousand tons at his base, 6.25 million tons in Super Saiyan, 12.5 million tons in SS2, and 50 million tons in SS3.
Goku's Speed: The one thing I will use from Screw Attack is the Snake Way straight length calculation of 190,761 miles. Goku's flight time of 28 hours means he had a speed of 6,800 MPH. His power level was famously between 8,000-9,000 (I consider the original "OVER 8000!!!" canon) at this point, having increased from around 400. Thus, I will assume that his power increased by 20 times. When he first made the journey it took him 177 days going on the curves, giving him a flight speed of 147 MPH. His power increased by 20 times but his speed increased by 46.25 times. 46.25/20 is 2.31, so if we assume that speed increase = 2.31 times power increase, than Goku can fly at 19,635,000 MPH (5454 miles per second) in base form, 2,267,842,500 MPH (629,956.25 miles per second) as a Super Saiyan, 10,477,432,350 MPH as SS2 and 96,811,474,914 MPH as SS3.
