Reports are that using Bling Pro with Akimbo+FMJ reverts the 1887s to insane range again. Seems like using Bling considers it a different weapon and was an oversight from IW.

That's exactly what I think of MW2 right now. I can do great in any gametype but in the end it just doesn't feel enjoyable.
Don't quote me on this but I don't think match bonus counts towards your score so that could probably be a factor. From your example though, that's a pretty big difference.
Had my Avoided around 80% during launch thanks to PGR3 and everyone actually giving rep, though mostly bad. Win a close race? Avoided. Slow before a turn? Avoided. Scrape a car? Avoided. Poor rep's never going to recover.
