Resident Evil on the original PS. That game was creepy and quiet.

For those that have been at an interview and be asked this question, has this made you feel a bit shitty afterwards?

I am an introverted person by nature (not shy!) who doesn't have a social life, likes to chill out by myself, read books, play videogames, self-learning, exercise etc., and it feels like sometimes you have an obligation to be something you're not otherwise you're weird.

I am one of those that hates admitted to people that I don't do much socially, not because I'm embarrassed, but you become some pity/charity case.

I seem to be having an issue with my PC interfering with my TV whenever I turn the monitor on, some of my channels have static or just disappear.

I cannot move the PC away from my TV due to my room setup, I was wondering if there was any simple fixes for this. It's an issue as well that the main TV antenna outlet is in the same room so the TV wires from other rooms pass by the PC and TV to the outlet which also have interference.

I wasn't feeling the trailer either, I was hoping the tone of the new Star Trek would be more in line with TNG, but this seems to be more the JJ Abrams style. Seems to be very dramatic and tense rather than toned-down and laid back like TNG was.

I think the way the sound evolved from Hybrid Theory to Meteora was the right one that nearly all fans liked. I agree I haven't enjoyed any of their albums past Meteora which is a shame, they lost their unique sound in favour of more generic pop.

It's funny because Shinoda was on one of those "React" videos stating that songs from back then would be embarrassing to release in today's music scene which I disagree with. I think a lot of songs from Meteora would sound great today.

...I seem to get bad eye-strain and motion sickness when playing FPS games which sucks because Destiny 2 looks great.

Working out (kettlebells/elliptical bike/yoga), Reading non-fiction, TV shows, Movies. I want to get back into sketching/digital painting and I am also going to start a DVD/Blu-Ray collection of all my favourite stand-up comedians.

@belegorm: Yep it's not too bad going, it's the return journey after work that can be draining. I'm usually listening to podcasts or music.

@tehfedro: @sagesebas: @mithhunter55: @ethanielrain: @irish87: @superkenon:

Thanks for the advice. I think I have more of a mild anxiety similar to when you go for job interviews than the severe kind.

Some of the advice given funnily enough is what I do when I go for job interviews/client meetings. I just think of the interview as "just a conversation" with no expectation of the outcome which seems to decrease my nerves quite a bit. I know I can apply this to online dating, it's just the process of making a profile, uploading a picture, having my info out there etc., that is the mountain I need to climb.

I also am realistic about who I want to date and would prefer someone around my age and not too young i.e. 24-27, as mentioned in one of the replies above, lol.

@irish87: You mentioned keeping a routine which I currently do, I am always doing self-learning for my job and working out regularly which I enjoy and helps with stress and nerves a lot.

OKCupid seems to be popular, so I will definitely try this out.

Any advice for the dating profile and profile pictures?
