New music I've listened to this year has mostly been me catching up on old music. I've been listening to the new Mitski album quite a bit.

I've also been loving the new Breeders album. Just hearing Kim's voice takes me to a place of calm only she can do.

Besides that I've been busy releasing an album from my two piece project called Big Lich.

Our new album, Midnight Tentacles, came out in October and we are very proud of it. Its a Chiptune and Darksynth-inspired Instrumental Power-Metal Duo. We are not so good at promoting ourselves, so I thought I would pass on some codes to the GB community. First come first serve on codes, and don't worry I ok'd it with the mods.

Feel free to DM me if you have any problems with the codes or if all the codes have been used as I can get more. (I think, lol)

@ceen: Yeah, watching the mario stream made me think of it too. It doesn't need to be on live shows, but it would be cool for the archived versions for sure.

Just wondering if it was possible for users to have an audio slider for gameplay audio? It would be a cool feature for us to be able to control the gameplay audio. Maybe it would lead to less complaining about upf audio? It seems far fetched, but I think it would be awesome to have. No offense meant for the GB audio/video team, as I know you have your own set of challenges to deal with, just asking because I'm curious. Thanks.

Ive been playing since very little(nes), so its always felt pretty natural to me. Similarily, the mouse on the right side for pc is no prob either. I do pretty much everything left handed though, so Im not ambidextrous or anything.

Side note, I play the drums left handed and guitar right handed. Lol.

It seems the video game business was like this from the start if you look at the gambling roots of pinball and the quarter munchers of the arcade era. Just the evolution imo.

I think the site is still great in a general sense, but I do miss some of the luster the site had before the cbs buyout. I'm not against the corporate buyout, but rather, the staff seems bogged down with the bureaucracy that comes along with said buyout. Pure gold was often struck when Jeff and company had carte blanche to do whatever they wanted. Still a great site, and pining for the glory days is a exercise in futility, but I'm not going anywhere as I feel like the crew (for better or worse) is still working their asses off to make the site as good as it can be, and I respect that.
