Controversial hot take from me: Bioshock Infinite is actually a really good game with wonderful art, atmosphere and story. Shocking!

Also, I really hope Jan sticks with Bloodborne. Love watching him play and discover this game.

Cool concept in theory but I don't like ANY of the HUD stuff. Too Ubisoft-like.

I am guessing this is made in Unity because it has at thick black contour around the models. I really wish developers would reconfigure their engine and not use that thick black contour. It's a bad look.

That outline shader is not the fault of Unity. It was a conscious decision by the devs to implement it.

But I agree, it looks bad here. Doesn't fit with the rest of the visual style.

I really like what I'm seeing here. Played and loved Privateer back then and spent a ton of time with the first Rebel Galaxy, too (even though I never finished it).

This is right up my alley.

But even though I'm mostly into SP games these days (eff internet sh*thead kids!), part of me wishes this had some kind of online (maybe DarkSoul-ish) so I can show off my custom ship paintjobs to other people.

@bezerker285: Yes, I have the same issue. Something is messed up with this page. When I try to click the download button, it's like the play/stop button.

Fix, please!

Edit: mobile, btw.

This looks and sounds old and lame.

Also, that near-furture sci-fi scenario that Jeff seems to love above all else really bores the shit out of me.

Furthermore, why are the hand/weapon animations seemingly becoming worse? Especially the "running hands" look ridiculous.

That's my three points of negativity! I'm here all week.

@bagronken: beef broth, butter and flour are the base ingredients really. Soy sauce is optional just to salten it and make it even darker I guess.

Interesting. I guess that more or less qualifies as a pretty light brown gravy, with exception that it just doesn't come directly from beef drippings (well.. depending on that beef broth used).

Traditionally the dark brown color of the sauce would come from the burnt stuff on the pan bottom (chefs obviously still make sauce that way). So yeah, it's basically gravy but maybe a little bit lighter. When you leave out the frying meat part and just use broth, the sauce would be bright-brownish (also not uncommon for traditional dishes here in Europe). I guess to achieve the darker color as seen in this video, some use soy sauce these days.
