Here is something I noticed.

The NPCs and some bosses are undeads right?So if you kill they should just reapear(sorry for my engrish),right?I mean,when we kill them,they just stay dead.Kinda of a big continuity error

ok here is some of my own speculation:

since every great soul reincarnates, i'm starting to think that giants are a reicarnation of the ancient dragons,or at least related to them,since the Ancient Dragon drops a giant soul when killed.Also,they sprout into trees when dead.Archtrees.
The ancient dragon is not Aldia himself,he's a ''clone'' of the dragon we see in the place freja boss fight takes place.That would explain the ''have watched the world for eons'' dialogue from the Emerald Herald.

Also,since were inclined to believe that the DLCs will be about the fragments of Manus,I'm thinking we are going to have a battle with Manus himself if all the Queens of the DLCs are killed before the battle with Nash.Maybe granting us a new,better ending.
