Evil Genius is a mix of LOTR: Battle for Middle Earth and Sim Theme Park. You build a base instead of a park, and instead of walking into mordor, you are mordor. So, this game was supposed to be the first good shooter on the ps3. Something that wasnt just about killing, but had its merits in storytelling as well. Its too bad this game fails on both accounts.
