Here are my sketches of just two of my favourite Lost characters, Sawyer and Locke. I did a Ben Linus too, but it kinda looks bad...
Obviously, Locke is the better one, and im ever so proud of it, unlike my other drawings, i spent a long time with it, and took it real slow. It's still no Speed Painting as seen here, but, that is what gave me the inspiration to do it.
If you hate Lost...no real need to mention it here, but if you're dying to, go right ahead.
You're right, that is nit picking. But err i understand, when drawing it, it was giving me a problem...it was some pretty good stubble in the photo, and drawing it was a slight bitch so i said fuck it, but i did some good facial hair detail in this
Some tips are, work on drawing lots of still life drawings. You need to work on you alignments, demensions, shading etc. The mouth on locke is facing the wrong way, Sawyers eyes are uneven etc.
Yeah but then again, you ain't seen what i'm drawing from...these are all still life technically.
The shading on Locke was done in a rush and is far from complete, i'd also like to add that none of the drawings i show are ever "complete" in a sense. I bring them "up" to a certain point before i add them to my profile.
" Hmm, could you do a drawing of Juliet? Would love to see a drawing of her. These are great man :) "
I wouldn't, I hate that expression she has on her face all the time. "
Hahaha i totally know the one you mean! that gets on my nerves too.

" @Death_Burnout: Wow, great job! I always wanted to learn to draw but I don't no how. Any tips? "
Hmm...i honestly dont have any tips! especially since i'm not professional. But i will say time is key, if at first you dont succeed, give it time, you get better...way better, as can be seen from my old drawings, though i didn't actually give them as much care and consideration i'll admit.
@Death_Burnout: My Aunt is an artist. Next time she comes over I'll ask her to help me draw. My problem is I set down and look and a blank piece a paper and I don't know where to start. You know what I'm saying?
Yeah i hear you, that's why i find drawing something that i can see, whether it being a still object or something on a screen, the best, and funnest, thing to do.
I have a ton of ideas...but, knowing where to start on paper is really difficult. especially when i have such a vivid image in my head, and when i can't draw it, it's endlessly frustrating.
