I get shes trying to be funny, but this self loving

praise me-thing Abbys got going on is rather obnoxious. Shes a lot easier to like when shes not doing that shit.

So they are not allowed to have fun? FYI Dan does not really talk like he does in his intro videos and ...well Alex seems about the same.

But fuck man just let them have fun and dont bitch about small things.

Also she did amazing and better than I imagine the other people would have done so she more than earned it.

**Not that anyone needs a reason to have fun on a website they work for or in general**

**Oh you bitch about her all the time...can we not just ban shitty people like this? You seems to only comment and judge the ladies that work for or appear on the site but oddly enough no bitching about anyone else.

Spoiler Dan is on the loose again.

Game has been out long enough and odds are high they are going to talk about a game in the same series.

@curryspiced: consuming food and drink on video has been a giant bomb thing since its inception. maybe this website just isnt for you mate

I have no issues with drinks and I wasn't talking about food/drink segments like the old energy drink tastings, the Mario Party Party Oreo Nacho cheese taste test, or mailbags goodies, those are great. Just didn't love people munching on crackers in the background of this - sorry. I think I'll stick around though ;)

It is mind blowing because it has been going on for damn near a decade and if someone is still complaining about it by now I don't understand it.

**Just looked at your account and see that you are fairly new. I have bad news for you that this is going to be a thing that happens in almost every single one of their videos.

I've been following the site daily since around 2010, but was mostly a lurker. Signed up for premium this year and decided to start commenting, if that makes a difference to you. Apologies if my comment preferring they not snack in the background of shows upset you so much.

I'm not the one that I upset with this. Just pointing out that it has been part of their thing for as long as the site as been around. It has never personally annoyed me but for a while it felt like Jeff did try reigning it in as Ryan looked to be the one that was way more against it but it slipped by often and after Ryan it has become much more of a thing....at least from my point of view but could be wrong.

I'm glad you decided to be part of the community more but you are going to have a rough time if this is the battle you pick as it will be often.

@deathfromace: I did assume they did more than record one video that day, and also assumed they can take breaks in between tasks. "Mind blowing" seems like an excessive response in my opinion to someone preferring to not listen/watch people eat during a show, but you are entitled to it.

@onemanarmyy: I get they try to keep it casual and that's cool. I think it would be better if they didn't eat while filming and as a fan I sometimes wish they were a bit more professional/prepared for what they are doing, but it's honestly not a big deal.

@sharkman: All humans need to do a lot of things, but not all of them are appropriate for doing during a show ;)

@sgtblumpkin: Tell me you see the irony in you complaining about someone complaining...

I do not understand how/why Ben opens bags of chips that way...

I do not understand how/why they are constantly eating while trying to do a show.

Their days are long and it can be hard to find time to eat.

That's true. I know I always see newscasters munching on a sandwich or talk shows hosts eating a chicken leg when interviewing a guest, and Geoff Keighley was eating a bowl of soup when hosting The Game Awards. I bet they have equally long days preparing for those shows so you must be right, it has to be that.

Weird things to compare as GB literally has a show called Unprofessional Fridays and it has been part of the GB experience for years. An interview does not take 4+ hours in one go and Keighley is not always on camera so he could go off for a bit and snack or maybe he is cool not eating for a bit....completely different things that can't be compared.

I was being sarcastic with my response, but this was neither an Unprofessional Friday nor a 4+ hour video, it was 44 mins. I doubt they are so busy they couldn't take 15 mins to eat a snack before/after a 44 min video in order to avoid chewing into mics while filming.

So you know if a lot of these videos were shot on different days? Maybe it is just possible they did more than one video and one thing on a day. How long did they take per day to record these and the podcasts that are also live and on camera? Hmm....

Them eating should not be an issue and it's always mind blowing when people bring it up.

So this isn't how a normal american dinner is made, right? This is just some fun little thing kids do when their parents are at least pretending to watch them?

Pfft normal american dinner is fast food.

Never have used that underwear hole. Ain't got the time to be fishing my privates through a hole when I can just pull the pants down in a fraction of the time. But I also don't use urinals in public, ever, which I guess that would be the main situation to utilize that.

I would say Cheetos can fall under the same category as chips, since they inhabit the same space of food - junky snacks. But anyone who refers to Cheetos as chips without any other kind of description is being hardheaded.

It takes no time to use it and the "fishing" is a second. If you are dressed up it can take some time to deal with the belt and shirt.

Jeff, wearing that jersey in multiple subscriber videos after years of buildup without actually addressing it...well, either there's another shoe set to drop this holiday, or you've just become part of Dan's Weird Asshole Thing.

They have mentioned getting samples in a number of times. What is there to address?
