Titanfall 2 looks really cool and I'm certain I'll play it but Battlefield is Battlefield. It's so finely crafted and the main ones (1942, 2, 3, 4) are spaced out and well supported enough that by the time a new one rolls around it feels fresh and I'm excited for them. DICE makes a hell of a multiplayer team-based shooter. No other FPS encourages and rewards me to play with my team like a Battlefield game and that's what I like most, I love playing them together with my friends. You can really see your squad make a difference, see the swing in momentum of a match when you make a concerted effort to take or defend some capture points in those games and that's immensely satisfying.
This is going to sound like a broken record but it's true, Battlefield 4 caught a lot of flack from new BF players (rightfully so) because of that disappointing launch but they really missed out on an incredible game if they ditched it immediately after. Battlefield 4 is such a fantastic game and I'm still playing it since release and it's still thrilling. DICE has incredible support both paid and free, one of the few Season Passes I can buy knowing I'm going to get my moneys worth over the course of the games lifespan. Hell, they released some free Maps just last year, 2 years since release.
