Where can I see the Starcraft 2 TNT that I missed last night?

Do other stamps show up based on your level or am I missing something? 

I just finished the game and I'm missing three battle stamps on the bottom row. I've bought all the available battle stamps and I still have no idea where to find the rest.

The existence of one doesn't have to impact the existence of the other. 

I really wish I never traded in my old games. Alas, I was nieve and in need of cash. 

I hate the exploitative members within the MW2 community. It makes it really hard to go back to that game.
