1st make a 2nd psn account, Japan Region Only (there are tutorials out there) and dl the JP tekken, Switch to your american account but load up the JP version (you will be able to play on both) and stats and gold tickets and Gold transfer but Gold coins do not. If you have the Gift Points and have them unlocked just search for a online room and join. There you go. You unfortunately can't use them on your US version because technically they haven't been released but this will at least let you play them vs other american fighters. Hope this helps
