Watching this series compared to the Two Best Friends playthrough is like night and day. This one was one watching someone who just doesn't care about the game at all or know the story all that much. Whereas the Two Best Friends playthrough was played from people who knew what they were doing, enjoyed it, but could also discuss all the ins and outs of the Metal Gear lore. Highly recommend watching their playthrough.
#1: Have drew play all of the side ops. Play them as if they were main missions. Not that hard of a mental stretch.
#2: As soon as he touches down for the side op, start playing tapes. They listen to tapes and talk about the story instead of talking about wrestling.
#3: Dan doesn't spoil all of Chapter 2
Watching Drew get frustrated trying to force this game to play like Halo is not fun to watch anymore. Such a sad ending to this series.
Hah, as if Dan would do anything like that. He is the human personification of wrestling, it's all he knows, and will be all he talks about ever. There's not one video he's on on this site that he doesn't reference wrestling at all.
Thinking about the watching a sports game with VR sounds kind of dumb. There's no difference between watching it on TV and watching it with VR except VR is a fuckton more expensive. The thrill of seeing a game is being there, when you take that atmosphere out, it's just watching it on tv.
I can't be the only one that thought this was the worst GOTY content? I understand they didn't have a studio, but none of these were funny or seemed to attempted to be funny. All of it was just really phoned in.
At some point, if you're going to discuss best story, you need to finish games that are longer than 4 hours. Life is Strange is robbed because no one finished it and Jeff implied the last two episodes made it bad. SOMA is predictable, and why it won is beyond me.
