I don't know what the deal is with banning people, but I really don't think you need to. The tournament takes place 3 days after the games release. People who have never played with have plenty of time to get to the same level as the pros. That being said you should know that I did get 5th place at NCR.
Also I messed up my PSN account name. It's East_Gold. I forgot the underscore.
