To the OP: I loved what they did with the combat and social policies in Civ V, but unfortunately the game is a big mess in multiplayer. For all the paid dlc they've put out they haven't come close to actually fixing the game. I'm guessing you only play singleplayer? For me Civ is at it's best when played with friends in long epic games lasting several days, and Civ V just can't compare to IV in that regard.

A mod built upon the alpha version of the original game released by GSC. This mod aims to bring back features and areas that were scrapped for the gold release of Shadow of Chernobyl.

They just released a very impressive trailer, by the sound of it the mod is nearing completion.

yea i know. just saying. they have 1 month to try and get this going. they are far from it.

has happened to every MMO in the past few years... the only game that seemed ready at launch stable was Rift.

Apart from a few crashes and bugs I found the Lotro launch very smooth aswell.

Finished Dead Island yesterday. Freaky.
