Hey guys. Someone recommended me this game, and I'm hoping to get in the beta. However, someone else must be in at this point, why not write a little, or post a screenshot or two, to show us how this game is? Some say they find this to be a better Diablo replacement than the D3 Beta, so I'm kind of curious!

I can imagine there might being SLIGHT better graphics on the PS3, as this is sometimes the case, but nothing you¨d realy notice I think.

I think you look at it this way: your character is not a 100% hit, and different weapons are easier/harder to hit with. But when you hit, you wan't it to hurt, so you aim for the head.

Must be nice to have unlimited time and money. I just realized that Diablo 3 was actually announced before even The Old Republic. June 2008. So Grand Theft Auto 4 and Metal Gear Solid 4 were out. Remember those days? There's actually a chance that there will be an entirely new Grand Theft Auto game built from the ground up and then released before Blizzard ever releases a sequel to a click-click-click game. The only thing that I think has been going longer is Guild Wars 2, and The Secret World (and that might not actually exist so). What the fuck do they do there all day, race the office chairs around the halls? They've made 2 games in 8 years! 4600 people work for Blizzard! Maybe it's like "us and Valve are the last bastions of PC gaming, we have to stay true to all the early 2000s PC developers! Delay the game! Delay it again!" I bet Valve forgets to even announce Half-Life 3 properly before announcing that it's been delayed.

Haha, yeah. "We're sad to inform, that Half Life 3 have been delayed untill summer 2014 due to power going to other projects. Oh, yeah, we're working on Half Life 3 by the way."

@JCrichton: The lore in the world is utterly fascinating. I'm truly mystified by it. Honestly, I've got zero exposure to his work, but you can tell that a master crafted the backstory.

Then, don't read any of his stuff, and this way you'll keep that image of RA Salvatore as a master :-S

Well, it sounds like thats ok then. By camera, I meant how in the demo the camera won't actually turn untill your character reaches the very edge of the screen, which was very annoying. Hot damn how I wish the game wasn't that expensive on Steam...

So the game is out in the US, not here in EU, and I'm wondering wether some of the annoying things in the demo were fixed. Mainly, I'm thinking of the graphic bugs and the bad camera control. Can any of the Free Americans inform on their opinions?

Pretty sure that the pc crowd might come up with a fix for the camera issues so I'd go pc. Besides its cheaper on pc.

Sadly, that's not the case...this is a $59.99 PC game. There's just no way I'm going to pay that much for it.

Hell, right now you can get The Elder Scrolls Collection on Steam (Morrowind GOTY Edition, Oblivion GOTY Edition, and Skyrim) for $10 less than this is currently selling for.

That's only in the USA, it's cheaper than the console edition in Europe.

Well, it's 49,99 euros on Steam, which amounts to 66 dollars.

I think blocking a blow staggers the enemy, which is good for knights with lots of armor or guys with shields

Yeah, good for humans, but so far i'm not using it so much, pretty sure some of the bigger monsters will cut through, at least with some of their charge attacks. Also some damage do get through. So now, it's more used as offense than defense, for some of the enemies that parry really well.

I'm almost at the Kayran and it's awesome so far. Seems it's only the enemies in the prologue that does less damage now, which is fine.
