Should I play the original before I jump into Danganronpa 2 or can I go straight to the second one. Is the original even worth playing when I could be playing this one?
DR2 will spoil everything about DR1. You'll only appreciate DR2 more if you've played DR1 before. They're both great games, so I don't see the worth in skipping the first one, especially when I think DR1 does certain things better than DR2.
What? Then just watch it on Youtube..... Cool hopefully some new info for P5
Like I said, I just wanted to see Persona 5 make an appearance at a press conference again. I've been following the game extremely closely for years now, so it's something I would have wanted to see.
I just wanted to see Persona 5 at a conference again. I couldn't even get that.
Well don't expect to see much of Persona 5 at all since they are beyond quiet about those games.
I wanted to see the exact same trailer they revealed at the SCEJ conference.
As for Persona, there will be a one hour Atlus stage show on the 20th that will have Etrian Odyssey II Untold information as well as upcoming Persona news.
The only time I truly got irked by a staff member's sentiment towards a game was when Catherine was given 2 stars. I didn't rage in the comments or anything, but I wasn't indifferent about the score. That review did make me finally realize, though, that my tastes are just way too different compared to Giant Bomb's for it to matter at all, and I shouldn't let their opinions on something affect my enjoyment of it (or lack thereof).
How will this tournament handle Shadow characters? Will they be seen as entirely separate characters—fitting the already established rule—or will they be a more complicated case such as SFxT or Divekick gem switching?
Not quite initial as I'm now at chapter 5, but I really like the game. The worst part about it so far are the countless typos and grammatical mistakes, which are not a good look.
There's more fanservice than there was in the first game, which I'm not too into, but the game tries to justify it in some interesting ways, so they're not too much of a bother. It gets toned down dramatically after a certain point. I prefer DR1's music, intrigue and setting more, but DR2's classroom trials and murders are far more interesting and involved (and the intrigue is getting way more interesting now). I love the new rebuttal system as it lends an awesome dynamic to the trials, although I'm not a fan of the "sword battles" those moments entail. The rhythm game is still crappy and the Hangman's Gambit isn't great.
