Thought this was great. I think Dan's portion with the train snake was the highlight. Fiasco was my all time favorite story they told, but this has potential.
@joshth: You know, the rich fiction of a six part youtube series. Why do you think Dan is actively denying that fiction anyway? There have been nihilistic military leaders with little regard for their soldiers lives. It's not the narrative you wanted, but it's not out of place.
I really don't understand the outrage over this series. I guess it's good that a community has passion; it just blows my mind that people foam at the mouth about something so silly. You'd think someone actually died.
Man, people are really uptight when it comes to something as innocuous as videogames. It was just a bit of fun, and nothing to ruin your day over. This reminded me of the Jeff Nintendo E-Shop prank on the Bombcast a few years ago.
@ebinbraveheart: Charlotte was being boo'ed essentially, by having Bailey's name chanted during her promo. She is still a heel, coming fresh off a heal's victory. The audience didn't know there was going to a break from what was scripted or anything real in that moment. Later on, they kind of got it. But at the time, it was jarring. They were only reacting how WWE told them to react. You say it wouldn't surprise you if they started chanting during Lila's promo. But, they didn't. We're vilifying the crowd for things they could have done, now? I would hardly say that didn't have respect for anyone. Chanting is fine. It doesn't ruin it for most other fans, it's a way the audience can communicate with the product during a show and let them know what works and what doesn't. It's also the crowd letting loose and having fun. You may as well tell them to stop cheering, or booing and remain silent.
No love for Mario 3 or avocados...that's crazy talk. But, I wouldn't be surprised to see more people take that opinion up now that it's been put out by a staff member.
