A strong “Second!” From me on this. These video “decks” and their author or by line used to be a lot more useful and better presented.

This is yet another good reason why we need the author/by line visible again on video description decks. Help us out please!

@crashtanuki: I was bothered by the playdate naming absences as well then I noticed it’s actually that the gbw playdates still have the full name and only gbe playdates have had their names truncated. Would be great if we could have it fixed so they all have the full name instead of doing the mental arithmetic each time.

Are the author or by lines gone for good from the decks on the site? They are still present in programs like Video Buddy but not visible on the website.

Seems mostly fine but I share many of the expressed concerns about the Deck being hidden or hard to access. Plus, and maybe a small thing, I don’t see the “credit” for writing the Deck anymore and definitely appreciated that “by line” aspect.

Sorry OP, strongly feel they should be free to swear as much or as little as they want.

I wouldn't mind more context as to why you feel they, "all act as if you have only just discovered the ' F word ' ." Was it a particular episode or a general feeling? I know the old chestnut that swearing is for the uneducated or lower class but it simply isn't true. There has been honest to god research on the topic in modern society you can look into on your own.

I know you state it to be a polite request but it comes paired an implied incrimination and thus lands a little oddly, at least for me. That may be why you are seeing some more volatile responses. Plus this is an official forum for Giant Bomb almost entirely populated by fans who may feel under attack by proxy or feel to compelled to defend people they like.

Thank god someone elese made this topic. I kicked around the peanut of making the same thread myself as I've been in the store a bit lately with the big sale and just found it borderline horrific. Same reasons most have stated but the "video trailer first " thing has actually cost them 2 sales in my case. Previous store at least went to a summary page with text and some pics plus info first, regardless of whatever problems it had of its own. Lump me in the pile of not wanting to even navigate it on PS4, if I can help it.

Anything related to downloading or watching via api is still borked in the same way. If you start a video fresh it seems fine but it may crap out and good luck getting a stable resume. Anyone seen any communication from staff or any Top Men on this issue?

Having troubles resuming videos in GBVB as of the last 24 hours. Seeing a lot of similar problems posted in a variety of threads so might not be app specific. I'm on ios, 8.3, mini2.

Also, the Injustice 2 trailer won't hide under "latest" view with the "hide trailers" option check, it is always visible. Super minor but I hope not a sign of things to come!

I've a similar issue using gb video buddy app, I wonder if they are related?
