It's been a while since I've listened to that stuff, but artists like Promo, Ophidian, Nasenbluten, Neophyte, Paul Elstak and The Prophet spring to mind. Mainly Dutch dudes it seems.

Here's a pretty abrasive example, they're not all like this though..

@BestUsernameEver: The '09 Valerie explosion was awesome! Heavy layers of FM synth, thick basslines and dreamy arpeggios... love it.

Many years ago I remember hearing gabber/hardcore for the first time and just being completely blown away - the idea that electronic music could harbour so much anger was a total revelation.

As an Android user I'm curious, but to be honest I don't need anything 'more' out of social networking. If they're more transparent about adjusting privacy settings than Facebook then I suppose that's a good thing, but Google already know everything about everyone so kinda irrelevant!

If it means I'm no longer putting my fist through the screen every time I see another fucking Facebook Group 'meme', then I'm definitely in.

FPS controls have my brain hardwired to hold the left trigger, and tap the right- so machine guns on my left trigger, shotguns/sniper cannons on my right.

Also, being able to fire a sniper and a shotgun with one trigger is genius - ranged and CQC in one deadly tap of the finger.

The game seems to compensate for lag by continually freezing the framerate in bursts, I'm having serious issues with it. I'd much prefer trenches/tubes skating weirdly across the map than the entire display freezing up the entire match.

There's jauntier versions around, and I'm apparently too stupid to get links working, but you get the idea.

If you want awesome WW1 music, some real salutin', marchin' and whistlin' shit, you gotta use Pack Up Your Troubles (In Your Old Kit Bag)-

Trust me, it's trenchy as hell. Good luck with the project, I'll see if I can come up with something.

Most of my games have had pretty significant lag, I'm not sure if the matchmaking is poor or there's just no Australians playing.

It seems to compensate for lag by bringing the entire framerate to a stuttery mess, even in cut scenes. Loving the game and trying to push past, but half the time it's basically unplayable online..

GT: RadecAU  enjoyed the mp games I've had, but needs more Australians for cleaner connections
I've been looking for fellow Australians playing this, the framerate stutter when it's laggy is maddening.

If that's the case it really highlights how dated/flawed the approval process is for digital content, considering the game is already out in other continents.
