Fucking bandwagon jumping pack of hyenas some of you are... I say props to the guy for trying to use his time and be creative in a new market. Who cares if his game ideas sound kinda ridiculous, or his first venture's turned out poorly? It still sounds more interesting than 99% of the mobile games I've played.

Yesss. I was praying they'd release this, instant purchase. The Limbo soundtrack went up on iTunes recently too, I'm loving all these XBLA OST releases!

Can't help noticing that this thread has responded to the racism with a healthy dose of sexism, i.e 'It's women so who cares anyway?'.

Just an observation.

Sadly, I saw a far larger compilation of these right after the tsunami. It was especially chilling because they weren't a knee-jerk reaction to losing like this, just pituitary retards who honestly thought that the tsunami was a karmic response to Pearl Harbour.

I've never seen so much disheartening ignorance distilled into one single page. Say what you like, but these people need to be named and shamed.

Nice write up, really speaks to the integrity of Giant Bomb. I've only recently become hyped for this game, so other than the trailer I plan on going in fresh - sounds like Brad got a lot out of it that way.

I'm in no position to critique anyone's tattoos - a couple of mine are ridiculous - but the one thing I would recommend is coming up with an abstract design that represents that person or subject matter, but has a few degrees of separation from directly looking like them. If the way their hair flows is distinctive, for instance, maybe you could come up with a line-based design that captures that without necessarily being a portrait.

Eh, food for thought.

Can't help feeling this would have caused far less 'controversy' if the title didn't appear to be written by someone with English as their second language. The casual irony of said Europeans responding with better grammar, etc.

But I agree; no inflammation intended, and it is interesting seeing the demographic. I was initially surprised at the number of Australians writing in to the bombcast, but now I realise this site is just a melting pot of people with (generally) good taste.

Tired cynical remarks aside, I actually thought the multiplayer in WFC was fantastic. It borrowed the right elements from established multiplayer games, and when a match was in full force, with a range of classes on the battlefield it was pretty fucking badass. Just a shame it was never able to establish a lasting community.

...My experience comes from the Xbox version, so take that as you will.

I was asked to mix some drum and bass pretty recently, never really dug into the genre. Now two weeks later, I've downloaded about 200 albums and the majority of that being liquid funk.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend checking out High Contrast. Actually, anything on Hospital Records is good, I don't know much about drum & bass but they seem to be the biz when it comes to that liquid, soulful shit.

: Cheers for the intro to Subtle, interesting stuff there. Battles are good fun too; fantastic to see live. Have you listened to Prefuse 73? Featured one of the guys from Battles, pretty organic instrumental hip hop with MPC choppiness a bit like the guy on the sampler in that Subtle video.
