Watched most of it on youtube. I don't play FF games for the story. I play for the vibes, music, and story. Only one of those things was good in this game and it wasn't the story.
Ouch. Guess I'll wait for several hundred patches first.
I mean... I guess it's a faithful remake, but they could have just injected a bit more into it. Not bad, necessarily, but not what I was hoping for either.
It was fun for a week but the performance issues coupled with the lackluster updates just aren't doing it for me. I'll wait for release. I'm sure it'll get much better!
What a shame that the demo turned out to be better than the full game! I might pick this one up on sale later on, but it's going to have to be a steep discount.
The bare minimum for a game's release is that the main story is finished and the bugs are mostly squashed. This did not deliver on either.
