This is what I am talking about.  He goes into this "fanboi schtick coma" and can't get out.  His reviews are written like something I would expect from a 12 year old who is flunking school.

I've never heard his podcasts, but is he the kid who was squealing like a pig and yelling about Penny Arcade when PA was actually commenting on 1up not IGN?

Hopefully, the fact that Microsoft was charging for peer to peer matchmaking that should have been free was ridiculous.  "
I agree!  Seriously tho Qore was so insulting on so many levels.   The name alone is inane marketing jibberish... Qore!  you know like HardCORE!!! Reminds of the "XBOX 360 represents a circle, with the gamer at the center!!" nonsense

Maxed repair skill is a MUST imo

Nope, we have reworked the controls specifically for RFG.  It has a very different feel from Saints Row.  :)"
Good to know, you should probably get flagged by GB staff here w/ a red name since you work for a dev.   Certified employees of game companies usually get official status on boards so people don't think they are pulling the "I heard the next Zelda will have Mario in it.. my uncle works for nintendo told me"

Also I am a HUGE Volition fan.   Summoner 1 is one of my fav console RPGs of all time... when can we expect a PSN remake w/ online MP, updated graphics and new levels :D  Or howzabout a Summoner 3 that continues the stories of Flece, Joseph etc... w/ the Summoner 1 style 4 party + summon combat (was not a fan of the action moph mechanics of Summoner 2)

BTW I love the controls of Saints Row 2... just a bit too easy on medium

Of course he wont, but how do you like his style?  Are you a fan of Miller's reviews and editorials?  IGN is a brand, like McDonalds.  They have either fired or parted ways w/ their most well known and well respected writers years ago, yet IGN is as big as ever.  Then again they still get letters from idiots asking them "why did you make GameX such a bad game!" people who don't understand the difference between a website and a game developer.

Silent Hill 1 is a pure classic, and would NOT really benefit from a mild graphical update to the PSP or Wii.  I agree w/ the above poster that if it ran on the SH3 engine then maybe ... But the PS1 version is almost perfect as is.  It actually works *better* as a horror game IMO w/ the lower res graphics and heavy fogging.

Why remake 1 when they cant get SH4 or SH5 or SHO correct?  They SH1 , SH2 and SH3 are great games, the rest have been pointless.

It is certainly not ironic.  Unless the OP is Alanis Morrisette and doesn't understand what irony means :D

"I have no problem if people remember FFVII for what it did then instead of what it does now (and act accordingly), because it really doesn't do that much now, with its dated graphics and gameplay as well as a poorly translated script. Sure, It's popular to bash something that is/was popular, but in the end it still was a financially successful game that brought the J-RPG back into the public spectrum, and no amount of counter-fanboyism will change that because the game came out 12 years ago, when it was considered to be a great game. "
What is great about this post is he understands CONTEXT.  Obviously FF7 released as is today would not measure up to Persona 4.  But it was indeed a game changer.  Fanbois still talk about "OOOH SNAP FF IS COMING TO XBOX!!!"

Oh noes you didn't!  Action or turn based matters not.  Frames are frames.  Lost frames are lost frames....  just because it isnt a jumping 15X combo does not mean people don't care about the graphics.

I'm not sure what you mean about taking this so seriously?  The Greg Miller guy is constantly trying to clown, but he is not funny.  He is simply painful and has a aimless confrontational writing style that simply falls flat over and over again.
