As a major comic fan, I like Superman. He's probably my fave. In my brain, if you like Trek, and especially if you like TNG, that's pretty much what Superman's about, not perfect but showing a better way.
And to be clear, while Batman is great and his villains too, judging Amazo and a whole lotta [adjective] Supermans as lame when Batman's top 5 probably goes some order of the Joker, Riddler, Catwoman, Penguin and Two-Face seems equally crazy.
I've hear that red light thing was an unfortunate mistake. Green or blue-green light is better to both maintain nightvision and also be able still tell different colors apart. Long hours spent developing film tells me low level red light is pretty crappy to actually work in.
I wanna recreate a bit in a Magic the Gathering tie in comic set in the Ice Age. I just need to get a Cave Bear, Dire Wolf, and Sabretooth Tiger...just need to find a giant worm at that point.
Point Lookout is a Fallout high point introducing both a lot of weird (perhaps even the overtly supernatural) as well as the tragically predictable (the Turtledove Detention Center) so I have hopes for this DLC.
@tennmuertiI: I'd tend to agree with the gist of this, though given the whole justification of the plot of this game was that not many people beat it on classic ironman, not feeling safe to do so because of technical issues seems at least to raise an eyebrow.
It's a shame to see the review score take such a hit, but as someone who has played XCOM2 to completion, I will vet that the technical issues are FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCKED at the moment, and then I again, I applauded Jeff for taking 1 star off Fallout 4 on consoles because of the technical glitches and performance trouble, so only fair it's applied here as well.
Once they iron that stuff out though, and of course, aside from the performance and technical issues, it is REALLY good. But no turning the other cheek for this.
Yeah, given the end of year awards and FO4 I wonder if this will be the GB mandate going forward of not forgiving these kinds of issues even in games that are otherwise favorable.
