Door Prizes is my attempt to create a sort of game show. I feel it's fairly easy, any challenge in the level is more front loaded but I hope it's enjoyable.
Feedback would be appreciated, I may modify it to give you more of a choice to determine the correct item to move forward rather than making it obvious.
And my miiverse profile is https://miiverse.nintendo.net/users/VahnCarlsonn/posts so you can see the other levels I added, which are all quite basic.
So what's going on with Nintendo's word filter? I tried to name a level "Salt Water Tuffy" and I was unable to do so because that apparently contained inappropriate words. After messing around with the naming I was successful with the name "Salt-Water Tuffy". I don't see how Salt or Water is inappropriate, or made clean with the addition of a hyphen, but there you go.
Finally finished the game, really pleased with how it all wrapped up even if I think I got a 'bad' ending.
One thing I was curious about is if Joachim von Gratz appears at all in other Witcher stories? I know he's not in the Witcher 2, and I assume not in the first either, but what about the books?
He's such an interesting character I wish there was more to learn about him. It'll never happen but a game where you go about practicing Preventive Medicine would be cool, anything to spend more time in that world.
Also, not related to him, but I'm pretty sure I missed out on the chance to romance Triss simply because I didn't kiss her during that masquerade party. And as much as I wish I could've I'm okay with that. My Geralt ain't gonna mack on drunk girls.
A friend of mine doesn't really like movies either, but he watched Boyhood and raves about it so maybe try that. The kid is an actor but he grows up in the movie so maybe that helps with the believability
The PS4 will only get cheaper, and with their online store any exclusives you miss out on you'll be able to easily find years later when you do get one.
