Good riddance. After taking over from Peter Moore, and destroying everything Moore had created with the 360 by moving focus to kinect, avatars, and apps, while killing off every good 1st party developer MS had that weren't profitable enough, he then sets everything in stone for the Xbox One to be the exact opposite of everything the Xbox 360 stood for, with its increased focus on TV and less than stellar hardware specs that obviously did not have the gamer or developer in mind ...... now he leaves.

Unfortunately, the damage is done and too many things are set in stone, but hopefully this leaves the door open for another great exec like a Peter Moore to take over and begin to turn things back around. Maybe in time for the next console release.

I'm not a huge fan of these pro-feminism, "serious business" articles I've seen on Giant Bomb as of late. I thought Alex's latest feature on THQ was an entertaining and funny article that captured what makes Giant Bomb so great. Its fusion of gaming and humor. Not this overly dramatic stuff that every other self-important game site spews.

Although, I will admit that I found some of the hypocrisy in the statements made by the women to be a bit humorous. Crying sexism in one sentence, and then in the same breath, writing off men as hormone-fueled boys that are insatiable when faced with a woman's upper body. As a guy, I thought it more offensive that these women actually believe that men find the statue arousing.

I'm still mad at MS for the fact that developers of Monday night Combat had such a bad experience with MS's cert process and costs that they stopped updating the most awesome and original multiplayer game to ever grace a console. On top of that, XBL will never get the sequel or anything else they work on in the future. So stupid.

So Patrick couldn't find a picture of Pratchett so he just posted a picture of Morgan Webb? Also I find all the Sexisum talk very interesting now.

What are you talking about? Thats a picture of her? ... And now I have to get this even if it's jus because I adore her father.

I realize that, I was just making a comment about how much she looks like Morgan Webb.

I was going to say she looks like Chyna. But Morgan Webb works too.

lol funny. I doubt it will shut the people up that keep complaining the game is sexist, but still pretty funny regardless.

I personally like the talk of who won E3. It makes the conferences so much more entertaining when you look at it from that perspective.

As for the new Need For Speed, no thanks. Burnout Paradise ruined the series for me completely. That style of arcade racing is just not well suited for the rat race "find you own way" lack of structure. Burnout was always about high speed and reaction time. Not navigating a mini map so you have to take your eyes off the road and wonder which turn you're supposed to be making. I'm disappointed that Criterion is so insistent on this way of doing things. As if going the Midnight Club route is the only way to evolve the genre.

I find great difficulty giving a crap about this. I would also find it difficult to give a crap if the Twilight convention has a bunch of men dressed like sexy vampires as eye candy for the ladies. Seriously, who cares? I couldn't give two craps if women are objectifying men at such a convention, so why should I care if there are people that willingly dress in sexy outfits to show themselves off at a trade show like e3? Some people need to lighten up. Make a crisis out of nothing.

I'd much rather see the game publishers sued for attempting to devalue our game purchases, and thus, trying to take away our right to sell or rent out our own property to others with this online pass foolishness.

But I don't care much for Gamestop either, and their constant pre-order nagging/used game rip-offs. So I'll go ahead and be happy about this.

Well, Alex, I'm sure online passes, on-disc paid DLC, retailer-exclusive pre-order incentives, expiring in-box codes, and the shutting down of servers for games that people still play, even ones that are sometimes less than a year old, all contributed to it. I just heard they are shutting down the servers for The Saboteur. That's right, a singleplayer game. Rendering any DLC you've paid to play in your SINGLEPLAYER game, useless. That is a scary thought to me going into the future, and something I like to see EA held accountable for.

Sorry if I find it difficult to muster up any sympathy for them or pump my fist in triumph at their "Oh snap" comment they made basically spitting at consumers in their faces for feeling this way about the way they've treated customers.
