Yeah, they say something about how that thing is in the way and how you'll need to figure out a way past it. You might have zoned out during that bit or something, so that explains why you got stuck. If you don't want to waste time getting a chocobo you can run out into the swamp and when the shadow of it gets close to you pause the game and save. When you reload he will be on the other side of the swamp and you should be able to make it before he reaches you. Make sure you start your dash across at a point that is relatively close to the land on the other side in order to get it done faster. Otherwise you might have to save and reload twice.

I'm really digging on Ezio. He is just really smooth to play and seems to have a lot of versatility. His crossbow is great for throwing people off and creating openings and once you get up close you can quickly put the hurting on dudes.

I tried Viola and didn't enjoy it at all. The little orb ball thing she has is a neat idea and all, but I can't get a good feel for her and really don't understand how to use her effectively.

If Chris and Leon don't team up at some point then I just have to ask the question "What was the point of making this game?" I mean, that is the most obvious thing that you have to do here. Item number one on that check list is Leon and Chris bro out and shoot guns. I would really like for this game to be the fan service game and go the MGS4 route of bringing fucking everybody back. I want Rebecca to be playable in the game proper and not just the Mercenaries. Rebecca is my favorite character and I have no idea why. Bring back Carlos and shoot him in the fucking head. Let this one wrap up any lingering plot threads like the Leon and Ada relationship and then call it a day.

After that do a semi reboot of the series. Don't just start over with a total blank slate, but start a new story with pretty much zero connection to any of the previous games. Don't completely discard the old cast, but demote them to more support like roles.

My two favorite wrestlers, both of them champions at the same time, shaking hands before competing in the best match of the year so far. This image brings nothing but joy to any real wrestling fan's heart. There is probably a reason why this weeks Raw rating went up significantly first hour and maintained a higher rating than usual during the second. I hope the WWE takes this week as a sign as to what fans want and give us more shows like this one.

The opening segment did what it needed to, without dragging things out for over 20 minutes like it tends to do. Orton and Ziggler put on a superb opening bought that set the tone for the night. Punk and Bryan tore the house down in their awesome match that went on a lot longer than I expected. Granted, it didn't have a clean finish, but who in their right mind thought there would be? WWE wants it to be very clear to us that we are suppose to believe that the WHC and the WWE championship are on equal footing and they don't ever want one of the champions seeming better than the other. Jericho giving Bryan the DQ win was the best way that could have ended as it feeds right into Bryan's current semi-heel character while clearly laying the ground work for the rumored Punk v Jericho Wrestlemania match.

Punk/Bryan was the highlight of the night, but the show didn't lose its steam there. We got some Funkasaurus, which is so goofy and stupid it is genius. Wrestling is always more fun when it embraces the absurd from time to time. Kofi getting a win over Miz was legitimately kind of surprising and was nice change of pace. Cena beating the ever living shit out of Kane was very well done and gave Cena something he has been sorely lacking for quite some time: an edge. A little "Attitude," if you will. I thought Triple H was hilarious in how he handled the final segment up until the big twist at the end. BTW, no one that coming. I knew something would happen, just not that. Not so soon and not this far out from Wrestlemania.

Food tends to gravitate towards the right side of my mouth for some reason. You notice these things when you have an ulcer on that side and can't stand to have food moving around and touching it.

Soul Reaver, Xenogears, Dino Crisis. Should probably get those. Allow me to suggest you don't pick up Syphon Filter. That game has aged terribly. I can't speak for the sequels, but the first one is no good.

I prefer games that are very polished and bug free. If the world has to be shrunk down some to allow for that then so be it. I'm realistic about it though and understand that when you have more going on you have more ways things can go wrong, so I don't get too upset over glitches in larger open world games. I think Bethesda doesn't test their games enough before release, because they are more broken then I care to put up with. The more content you have, the more time you need to spend debugging it. I'm somewhat forgiving now, but in five years I probably won't be. We can't keep accepting this forever.
