@Karmum: nah i'm not saying it's been aaaaaages but they usually have reviews up of games (even big/anticipated ones) before the day they come out in the states or on the day, so i'm just pointing out this is a bit weird.
granted these guys do a great job with content considering how many are constantly pumping out stuff. i honestly see more exciting news/videos here than IGN or gamespot so i praise GB greatly for that, and of course jeff is away so yeah i understand why they may be taking a while.
yeah i've sorta been wondering about this considering it's been out in the states for a while already. i know they're busier without jeff but the actual reviewing process for one of them should be the same with or without jeff.
and hahahah lmao i forgot the trouble jeff had with eidos hahha. could that actually be the reason as to why he took this week off?

wow, you know even when i played the demo, and even after seeing all those features/vids everywhere, i still wasn't convinced this was worth buying, but the more i hear and see makes me want to pick it up.
i will admit looking back at the demo there was so much there already and that was obviously so little of the game.
yeah i dunno i've download the supposed 'new version' tons of times today, installed and always had the old version that didn't patch or launch.
i've uninstalled all times, deleted all .zips of the game and the Cryptic Studios folder, but no matter how many times i download i get the same problem.
what i have noticed though is that in all versions of the game i downloaded, the actual .exe file says it was last updated (or created) on the 17th, when it was still broken, and that probably is why it doesn't work. i can't do much there if the supposed new and fixed download from fileplanet still has the old broken .exe
would appreciate some insight or corrections if it turns out i'm being a total idiot haha
