Ryan, you are and will always be an amazing man. While few of us had the opportunity to know you on a real personal level there is no doubt that the lives you have affected with your insight and sense of humor will resonate long after your all to soon passing. Much love to your family and those that will never forget you sir.

This was the conference. The one where Nintendo would show us the direction of the industry as they've done so many times before. Instead what we got was a poor example of where Nintendo as a company is even headed. The 3DS proved that a system launch poorly supported by first party software is, at best, a dicey prospect. Not revealing a launch date and price point only exacerbates this issue. Here's hoping that the big N still is holding some aces in the sleeve, because otherwise the WiiU may be dead on arrival.

The Gears series has run its' course with a decent trilogy of games. This just screams cash grab. Hopefully the good people at People Can Fly aren't tied down to the Gears family mechanics. We shall see.

My concern now is that Capcom will just leave content off their disc now in the interest of selling it as DLC at a later date. It's as if they are creating micro transactions for a $60 retail game. This is unacceptable, and hopefully the consumer speaks with their wallet.

Innovation is nearly synonymous with Nintendo at this point. Will Sony or Microsoft bring anything new to the table with their new systems? Only time will tell, but I for one am glad the big "N" is around.

I'm having this issue as well. I hope this is resolved soon. Such a great game. I'd hate for this to be its' weakness.
