Sonic! Say it ain't so!that happens to a man after he is mugged. A certain gleam in the eye. I always got my hopes up for a new Sonic game, and by now, I have been crushed so much that, I have forgotten where was the fun Sonic had in the first place. I never quite got into Sonic games because it's a game made to be mastered-- Sonic is only as much fun as the fastest you can go.
You're right though, the quality of Sonic titles has been plunging ever since God knows what happened at Sega and I sure hope they'Ve learned from their mistake. From what I've seen of the next Sonic though, it could be the Sonic to bring back Sonic.
I am gonna agree that it was sonic. Man, I remember that I used to assume that any game Sonic Team made was going to be great because it was Sonic Team! Sonic Adventure was a classic but I think the downturn came when they made SA2, and Shadow came along with it. I dont know why everyone loves that character. He is not as badass as sonic but come on people, you name a guy Shadow? That shows some lazy work. Bringing out an edgy character to a game that didn't need more edges was a bad idea and think they focused too much on that stuff instead of the gameplay.
